We're looking for an experienced Press Brake Set Up Operator to help us produce high quality metal components in a clean, well organized manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands on work, take pride in precision, and want long term stability with great benefits-this is the place for you.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC and/or manual press brake machines

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Choose correct tooling, dies, and materials for each job

• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

• Adjust machines to maintain dimensional accuracy

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Document production results and communicate any quality issues

What You Bring

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Experience operating manual or CNC press brakes

• Strong measurement and inspection skills

• Experience with machine set up

• Great attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to Have

• Machine maintenance or troubleshooting experience

• Strong problem solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
