Custom HVAC Unit Assembler – Build High‑Tech Equipment for the Data Center Industry $20-$26/hr

You’ll assemble custom HVAC units from the ground up, work with a variety of tools, and support a clean, organized shop environment. As your skills grow, you’ll have the chance to step into additional assembly areas and expand your mechanical expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble custom HVAC and chiller units designed for national data center clients

• Use hand tools and power tools to perform high-quality mechanical assembly

• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and build instructions

• Assist with general shop tasks including sweeping, organizing, and shrink-wrapping units for shipment

• Support other assemblers by keeping the workspace clean, safe, and efficient

• Work collaboratively in a tight-knit, positive, team-oriented environment

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–2 years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or hands-on production experience

• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and power tools

• Ability to read basic drawings, prints, and schematics

• Experience in HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal, or commercial mechanical systems is a plus

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to give a crisp, confident high-five when needed

This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
