Location: Aurora, CO 80011

Hours: M-F, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $19-24/hr., Depending on Experience

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Manufacturing experience.

This position is responsible for producing parts for fabrication by operating automated band saw (HEM), shear, and Amada Turret/Laser.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Fabricate complex components using a variety of machinery.
• Read and Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Operate Human Machine Interface (HMI) machine controller.
• Perform quality checks and in-process monitoring.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of material consumption and WIP.
• Pull stainless steel sheets off holding racks in a way to decrease scratches.
• Proficiently operate equipment.
• Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor of this position.

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret prints
• Certified to operate PIT
• Read and Interpret technical drawings with guidance.
• Read measurements to 1/32"
• Adherence to all safety requirements required within this work area.
• Able to work with a team and independently.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
