Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. Your attention to detail and understanding of basic printing and seam-related defects will contribute to maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Continuously check for print and seam quality.

• Remove defective material and splice the roll web back together according to specifications.

• Utilize a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during the splicing procedure, and as needed.

• Handle rolls and palletize them to prevent damage.

• Record and enter data on designated paperwork and in the company operation system, Globetek.

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience with warehouse management and warehouse management systems.

• Experience in warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batavia, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
