As a Lead Solar Installer, you will be the foundation of our installation teams, ensuring each project meets our exceptional standards, complies with electrical codes, and offers outstanding value to our clients.

Pay: $25 - $30/hr

What You'll Do:

• Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices for residential solar PV systems.
• Ensure compliance with Trinity Solar's installation standards, NEC, and local regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle stocked with necessary tools and materials.
• Assess jobsite conditions to execute tasks safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent Trinity Solar with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Experience: 4-5 years of electrical or solar installation experience.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), specifically Articles 690-710.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical system challenges efficiently.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and adaptability to changing field conditions.
• Solar Installation Background: Residential solar installation experience is essential.
• Equipment Operation: Familiarity with equipment operation (e.g., trenchers, lifts) is a plus.
• Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to safety and quality workmanship.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions.
