Production Supervisor (CNC) - 3rd Shift

Summary

A growing manufacturing company in Johnson Creek is seeking a CNC Production Supervisor to oversee overnight machining operations and ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently. This position serves as a key link between production teams and support departments, helping maintain quality standards, maximize productivity, and foster employee development. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with machining experience who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Sunday through Thursday 10:30pm - 6:15am, Overtime available but not required

Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee nightly CNC manufacturing operations to achieve production targets

Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to machine operators and production staff

Investigate and resolve equipment, tooling, and process-related issues to maintain workflow

Inspect production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications

Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and scheduling teams to support operational goals

Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures

Assist with employee training and skill development initiatives

Monitor production metrics and maintain accurate operational records

Support process improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction

Ensure compliance with established work instructions and company procedures

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required

Technical education or machining-related training preferred

Five or more years of CNC machining experience required

Previous leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and CNC equipment

Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
