Mechanical Assembler

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER - Pay Rate - $20/HR.

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER for our client to start at $20/HR. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The assembler is responsible for taking instructions from supervisors on following print requirements.

• Will be responsible for your area of the shop for housekeeping and organization and will utilize clean up time assigned at the end of the day.
• Will use hand, air/power tools (drills, impact wrenches, c-clamp and rivet guns) to build and attach various parts, materials, and equipment to product according to customer specifications.

• Will interact with and support other shop employees in performance of these duties.

Location: University Park, Il

Schedule/Shift Details

• 7:00 am to 3:30 Mon-Fri

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Ability to stand entire shift

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Can't be afraid of heights

• Carpentry skills a plus

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
