What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines (Citizen preferred, but any Swiss experience is welcome)

• Load programs, set tooling, and verify first‑piece quality

• Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances

• Perform tool changes, wear compensation, and basic troubleshooting

• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions

• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and comparators

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Swiss CNC setup experience (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, etc.)

• Ability to hold tight tolerances and produce high‑quality parts

• Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and machine operation

• Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools

• A desire to grow with a company that’s expanding rapidly

• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience editing G‑code/M‑code

• CAM software exposure (Mastercam, Esprit, etc.)

• Medical, aerospace, or high‑precision machining

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $43.00/hr.
