Level 1 Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a Level 1 Maintenance Technician, to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, willingness to take initiative, and a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Level 1 Maintenance Technician

Location: Raleigh

Pay Range: $16.00 hr

What’s the Job?

• Oversee the curb appeal of the community
• Picking up trash around the community
• Complete clean outs of homes
• Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Read water meters for each home

What’s Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
• Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license
