Billing Specialist - Construction services

Job Details

• Generate accurate and timely invoices based on completed field work and service documentation
• Review daily work reports, service tickets, and timesheets for billing accuracy
• Communicate with operations teams to verify job details and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized billing records and ensure all client documentation requirements are met
• Support month-end closing activities and assist with reporting as needed
• Coordinate with accounting and project management to track outstanding payments and billing milestones

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience (construction, utilities, or service-based industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
• Proficiency in Excel and general accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
