Roles and Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programmer, you will play a vital role in our production team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Collaborating with engineers and machinists to ensure that designs are accurately translated into high-quality products.
- Conducting quality inspections and troubleshooting to maintain the highest standards of precision.
- Assisting in the setup and calibration of CNC machines to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Continuously seeking improvements in processes and workflows to support our commitment to excellence.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 3 to 5 years in CNC programming and machining.

Desired Skills:
We are looking for individuals who possess:

- Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming languages, with a strong understanding of CNC machine operations.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software to effectively design and modify CNC programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
