Welder (Apprentice to Advanced)

Job Summary

We’re hiring welders at all skill levels. You’ll work on MIG welding and general fabrication tasks with support and training as needed. Advanced welders will take on more complex fitting and finishing work.

What You’ll Do

• MIG weld stainless steel (70%) and aluminum (30%).

• Weld materials from 10‑gauge to 1/4".

• Perform single‑pass welds.

• Read and work from blueprints (training provided for apprentices).

• Prep materials for welding.

• Use overhead cranes and forklifts safely.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Basic to strong MIG welding skills (we train apprentices; advanced welders should be proficient).

• Ability to read tape measures down to 1/32".

• Ability to convert feet/inch measurements.

• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• TIG or flux‑core experience.

• Fabrication skills such as cutting, grinding, and fitting.

Schedule & Environment

• 1st shift

• Mon–Thurs: 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

• Fri: 5:30 AM–10:00 AM

• Bright, clean, and temperature‑controlled fabrication shop.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
