About the Role

Are you a technical mastermind who thrives on solving complex puzzles? We are looking for a high-level Electro-Mechanic to serve as our front-line specialist in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, automation experts, and vendors to ensure our facility remains a leader in production excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work independently to diagnose and fix highly complex electrical and mechanical systems, acting as the go-to expert for equipment restoration.
• Connect with PLC processors and interpret ladder logic to pinpoint and resolve deep-system malfunctions.
• Utilize professional-grade welding (Arc, Gas, Brazing) and machine shop equipment to build custom brackets, safety gates, and specialized hardware.
• Analyze intricate hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, tracing schematics or physical lines to optimize fluid power systems.
• Plan and install high-stakes circuits and distribution equipment in full compliance with modern safety codes.
• Lead rigorous mechanical and electrical PM programs to eliminate downtime before it happens.
• Take the lead on vendor relations, parts procurement, and engineering consultations to keep the plant moving forward.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

5+ years of combined experience as a Maintenance Electrician and Mechanic.

Advanced proficiency in process controls and PLC troubleshooting.

Exceptional analytical ability to solve "impossible" machine malfunctions.

Mastery of electrical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and pneumatic drawings.

High-level initiative with the ability to manage major projects from start to finish.
