CARPENTER (SKILLED) – Direct Hire Location: Manitowoc, WI Schedule: 1st shift — Mon–Thurs 7:00am–4:30pm, Fri 7:00am–Noon (overtime possible; may be short notice) Pay: $26–$40/hour (based on experience)

Required / Preferred Experience

• Required: 3+ years of carpentry experience
• Preferred: 5–7+ years of experience

What You'll Do / Skills Needed

• General framing knowledge
• Install windows and doors (including proper exterior flashing)
• Install LP and vinyl siding
• Build stair systems
• Handle a variety of remodeling tasks
• Willingness to work at heights
• Ability to lay out walls, floor systems, and trusses per plans
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Leadership experience or interest in growing into a lead carpenter/foreman role
