Location: Frederick, MD Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Day Shift (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM) or Night Shift Opportunities Available

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Polishers to join their manufacturing team in Frederick, MD. This hands-on role involves polishing and finishing products to quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Polish and finish products according to company specifications
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Use hand tools and equipment as needed

Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in a wet environment
• Must wear steel-toe waterproof boots (employee provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Previous manufacturing, production, polishing, or labor experience preferred but not required
