Our client, a leader in logistics and warehousing, is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

Shift: Available shift options: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate a stand-up reach truck to move, load, and store materials safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately based on customer requirements
• Load and unload shipments while maintaining product integrity
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counting as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols, especially in a freezer environment

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Stand-up reach truck experience
• Ability to work in a freezer/cold storage environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties (standing, walking, bending)
