Construction Worker

Now Hiring: General Construction Worker

We are seeking an employee familiar with basic construction trades to join our professional team. This person will be responsible for working on a team and using their experience within the trades to complete maintenance and repair projects through out our facility. Training provided as needed. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.

Skill Recommendations

• General construction experience beneficial including carpentry, painting, plumbing, drywall, electrical, or HVAC

• Trade school completion will count towards experience

• Good mechanical aptitude.

• Valid state-issued driver's license.

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry, drywall, or painting of common areas and units.

• Basic in unit repairs including

• Perform cleaning or janitorial duties as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Saratoga Springs, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
