Production Helper

Job Full Description

Now seeking Machine Operators, Assemblers, and Finishers in the Horicon area to work on all shifts! Work is done in a large climate-controlled production facility that supports a variety of industries. This company is looking for a long-term fit, since there are many opportunities for growth internally. Previous experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, but all applicants are welcome to apply since training may be available!

Pay: $18/hr+, based on role and experience

Schedules (Additional overtime may be possible!):

• 1st shift6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
• 2nd shift 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday
• 3rd shift 10pm-6am, Sunday to Thursday

A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be administered before start. Work includes:
• Load machines with material
• Remove parts from the machines and equipment
• Record and track production and progress daily
• Inspect quality and report issues

Qualifications:
• Experience with material handling or fabrication is a plus!
• Manufacturing and production experience preferred
• Previous experience isn't required, training can be provided
• Ability to meet physical demands of job. Lift, bend twist, push pull and handle 50+ lbs often
