Primary Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move raw materials, molds, finished goods, and production supplies throughout the facility
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing operations
Stage materials and finished products for shipment and storage
Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records
Assist with material handling, packaging, and warehouse organization
Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required
Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
Ability to safely operate forklifts in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: Starting at $15/hr (Benefit Package Available)
Schedule

1st & 2nd Shift Available
Monday-Friday
Candidates should be flexible to work either shift as needed
