Randstad is proud to partner with a premier luxury cabinetry manufacturer specializing in high-end architectural interiors and custom residential installations. We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join an elite in-house engineering team.

Note: This is a technical office position focused on drafting and engineering. It is not a shop-floor machinist or operator role.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Technical Translation: Work closely with design and drafting teams to translate shop drawings into efficient, machine-ready files for CNC routers.
• Programming & Tooling: Utilize AutoCAD, iX, and EnRoute to generate precise CNC programs and toolpaths.
• Process Management: Process complex cabinet and millwork models for CNC cutting using advanced CAM software.
• Collaboration: Act as the vital link between Drafters and Production Management to ensure 100% accuracy in output.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve CNC or toolpath issues in real-time to support the shop floor.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Industry Specifics: 2-5+ years of CNC programming experience specifically within the millwork or cabinetry industry. (Experience in metal or unrelated sectors is not applicable).
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD is essential. Experience with CAM software such as iX, EnRoute, Cut Rite, or WoodWOP is required.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret architectural drawings, 3D models, and hand-drawn sketches.
• Professional Stability: We are seeking candidates with demonstrated longevity in previous roles; "job-hopping" history will not be considered for this position.
