Multifamily & Commercial Construction Estimator

We are partnered with a top construction firm specializing in multifamily and commercial projects. They deliver high-quality projects that meet client needs and are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily and commercial projects.
Analyze project plans and collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids.
Present project budgets and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and identify cost factors.
Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
Provide value engineering options to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
5+ years of estimating experience in multifamily and commercial construction.
Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst) and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of construction processes and costs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
