Cnc machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a premier aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will produce high-precision aircraft components with extremely tight tolerances. work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC machines (Mills or Lathes) to produce complex aircraft parts.
• Interpret technical blueprints, aerospace schematics, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and CMM).
• Work with aerospace-grade materials such as Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.
• Monitor tool wear and make necessary offset adjustments to maintain part integrity.
• Maintain strict documentation and traceability in compliance with AS9100 quality standards.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
