Industrial Painter

What You'll Do:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by effectively cleaning, sanding, and applying the appropriate primers.

• Utilize various painting techniques with brushes, rollers, or spray guns to achieve exceptional results.

• Conduct thorough inspections of finished work to ensure top quality and spot any imperfections.

• Maintain and care for painting equipment and tools, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines diligently while on the job.

Your Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a closely related field.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred.

• Experience with industrial paints is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance is highly desirable.

• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our pay range for this position is between $14.80 - $27.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available based on performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including
