Weekend Welder - 2nd Shift
Location: Lakeville
Schedule: Weekend, 2nd Shift
Starting Pay: $28/hour

We're currently seeking a skilled Weekend Welder to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for experienced MIG welders who take pride in producing high-quality work in a safe and team-oriented environment.
🔧 What You'll Do:

• Perform GMAW (MIG) welding to fabricate communication towers and overhead sign structures.
• Follow blueprints and work instructions to plan and complete welds.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain tools, fixtures, and workspace.
• Accurately complete job reporting forms and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of hands-on MIG welding experience in a production environment.
• Experience with multi-pass and stack-layer welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Comfortable operating overhead cranes (preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude.
• Attention to safety, detail, and producing high-quality work.
