We are seeking Skilled Construction Laborers to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling work areas
Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on-site
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out assigned tasks such as mixing concrete, framing, installing fixtures, or plumbing
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Assist in setting up scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures as needed
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors or project managers to complete assigned duties accurately

Experience

Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is mandatory
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently over extended periods
Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety procedures is advantageous
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
