Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator

We are hiring a skilled Robotic Welding Programmer/Operator for our client in Superior, WI. This is a direct hire position with a company that values teamwork, integrity, and a strong sense of community. Work Hours: Monday-Friday, with hours set by the manager (e.g., 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm).

Wage: $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Program and proof first article weldments for robotic welding systems
Work with robot operators to share technical updates and implement best practices
Evaluate current programs to optimize weld paths and cycle times
Program fixtures for repeatable fabrication of parts
Provide technical expertise for integration, programming, and service of robotic cells
Stay current with technical manuals and documentation
Communicate ongoing issues with management and external vendors as needed
Perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs on robot-driven equipment
Set up and operate welding robots
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Familiarity with Motosim/Yaskawa Controller (YRC1000) and Robot Master (Offline Programming Software)

Ability to pass an internal Robot-MIG weld test and visual inspection
