Job Full Description

We're seeking a trainable, hands-on individual to join a local contractor's team as a General Laborer / Insulation Installer. This role involves working onsite to insulate piping and ductwork, measure and cut materials, and support field operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable using tools, and eager to learn a skilled trade in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Install insulation materials on piping and ducts per project specifications
Cut, measure, and fit materials accurately
Work with local contractors and follow site procedures
Use basic hand and power tools
Maintain a clean and efficient work area
Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE
Take direction well and work efficiently to meet project timelines

Requirements:

Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Basic understanding of construction or industrial processes preferred
Strong measuring and tool-handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Driver's License
Good communication and reliability
Physically capable of manual labor in varied environments

Compensation & Opportunity:

Starting wage: $18-$20/hour
