Key Responsibilities:
Tax Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Provide strategic tax planning advice to senior management, identifying opportunities for tax savings and mitigating risks.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company's tax practices align with current legislation.

Tax Compliance and Reporting:

Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns (corporate, VAT, income, sales tax, etc.).
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with federal, state, and international tax reporting requirements.
Work closely with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Risk Management:

Basic Qualifications:

Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent tax designation is highly preferred.
