We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Assembler to join our team in Naples, FL. In this role, you will assemble industrial components used in manufacturing and aerospace applications. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with hand tools, electrical components, or precision assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

• Perform wiring, crimping, soldering, routing, and installation of electrical components.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with production leads or engineers as needed.

• Document assembly steps and report any defects or material shortages.

• Follow all company quality and safety standards.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in mechanical/electrical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with precision measurement tools.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.

Work Environment

Our facility is clean and climate-controlled, providing an early schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. We maintain a professional setting with a focus on safety and organization.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
