Location: Dalton, MN
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Spray Painters for a leading manufacturing company in Dalton, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality finished metal products in a structured shop environment while working a consistent 4-day workweek. If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and working with industrial equipment, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Spray Painter:

• Prepare metal surfaces by sandblasting or shot blasting prior to coating
• Apply primer and finish coats using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers
• Mask parts and areas not designated for coating
• Perform touch ups and visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain spray, sandblasting, and shot blasting equipment
• Track materials and supplies and communicate inventory needs to supervisors

What You Need to Bring to the Spray Painter Role:

• 2 years of technical school education or equivalent spray painting/manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions in English
• Ability to read an English tape measure and perform basic math with fractions
• Ability to evaluate welds and assemblies for quality and specification compliance
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable attendance and transportation to Dalton, MN
