Adecco is currently hiring a Production Associate / Water Spider to support fabrication and machining operations at a manufacturing facility in Waterbury, CT . This role plays an important part in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials are staged, organized, and delivered to the correct workstations.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering steady hours and long-term growth potential within a stable manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Stage and deliver materials to production areas to keep machines and operators running efficiently
Support machining operations including CNC, Threadrolling, and Haas machines
Perform basic material preparation using bandsaws, chop saws, and belt sanders
Inspect materials using measuring tools and record results
Complete job paperwork and track material usage
Move materials throughout the facility and support inventory organization
Put away overstock and assist with cycle counting inventory
Maintain a safe and organized production area
Assist other departments as needed to support production flow

What We're Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, machining, or warehouse environments preferred
Ability to read basic work instructions or production documents
Basic math and computer skills
Experience using measurement tools such as micrometers or calipers is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
