General Laborer

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting various production and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $20.37 - $23.62  per hour

Shift: First shift, 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday work week, 3-day weekends

What's the Job?

• Perform decking and wiring tasks
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to support manufacturing processes
• Build truck and trailer parts and frames with precision and care
• Fiberglass applications / Grinding
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Carpentry skills preferred
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• No prior experience required; training provided
