NY and NJ licensed attorney with 8-12+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Employment law litigation (on behalf of management).
Employment law counseling (on behalf of management).
Class/collective action litigation (defense).
Trial preparation and trial work (a plus).
Presenting at conferences and client trainings
Conducting internal investigations.
