Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Hoyt Lakes, MN
Compensation: $20.00- $21.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Hoyt Lakes, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality molded products while working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working with machinery, staying active throughout your shift, and seeing your work come to life, this could be a great fit.What You'll Do as a Production Operator:

• Operate rotational and vacuum forming machines to produce molded parts
• Load and unload molds and perform mold/tool changes
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform secondary operations such as trimming or finishing components
• Use tools and equipment including hoists, routers, torches, and pallet jacks
• Complete production paperwork and follow established procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift 10-50 pounds frequently, with occasional lifts over 50 pounds
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working independently or on a team
• Reliable transportation to Hoyt Lakes, MN
• Commitment to workplace safety and ability to work in varying conditions (heat, dust, noise)
