Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction site operations, ensuring work meets all quality, safety, and code requirements
- Lead and support framing crews on multifamily and senior housing projects
- Read and interpret construction plans, specs, and shop drawings
- Manage layout and dimensioning to ensure proper placement and alignment
- Coordinate subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure project timelines are met
- Plan daily jobsite activities and adjust crew schedules as needed
- Track material deliveries and manage on-site inventory
- Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards
- Document progress with daily logs, updated drawings, and communication with the project manager
