Job Description
We are looking for skilled framing carpenters to join our team for a multi-family construction project at Clover Terrace in Westbrook, ME. This project involves the installation of prefabricated panels into an already framed building consisting of 45 residential units.
Responsibilities

• Install prefabricated panels into an already framed building.
• Work under the guidance of the foreman to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete construction tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in framing, construction, and carpentry.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to build panels and complete finish work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Three years of framing experience preferred.
• Possession of personal tools and a tool belt is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
