Location: Houston, TX 77060

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay Rate: $18 to $23 per hour (depending on position and experience)

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, (30minute unpaid lunch) / with weekend flexibility if needed

Candidates who are able to start immediately will be prioritized

Responsibilities and Duties

• Unload containers, verify inventory counts, and prepare stock for storage.
• Handle incoming/outgoing shipments using forklifts or manually as needed.
• Identify and verify parts (primarily through part number matching)
• Print and apply inventory labels
• Scan and upload parts to shelving locations
• Organize and place parts in designated warehouse zones
• Operate stacker equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
• Perform all tasks in accordance with established warehouse processes and safety guidelines

• Pull, label, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and mobile computers.
• Manage channel specific order processing (e.g., FBA, palletizing, and labeling).

• Conduct cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate sit down forklifts and reach trucks for loading/unloading and warehouse stocking.
• Package, label, and prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and order documentation.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of general warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and reach trucks.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Familiar with RF scanners, mobile computers, and order processing systems.
• Ability to prepare shipping/customs paperwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Experience with domestic and foreign shipments, UPS/FedEx/Common carrier shipping a bonus
• Experience with basic computer/SAP/inventory system is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and E-Verification.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $23.00
