Job Description Summary
Join our team as a Supplier Quality Engineer, where you will drive quality assurance for our valued suppliers and oversee the implementation of quality plans. You will be responsible for selecting and qualifying suppliers, managing their performance through scorecards, and conducting audits to ensure compliance while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities

Engage in both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development by executing supplier qualifications, developing action plans, performing audits, and monitoring performance to elevate suppliers to industry standards of excellence.

Deepen your expertise in the discipline, utilizing your experience to effectively implement functional policies and strategies.

Act as an individual contributor, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and the business regarding design and coordination services. Provide guidance to new team members and simplify complex information.

Influence projects, processes, and procedures in your field, operating autonomously while focusing on executing activities based on established functional practices.

Utilize your technical knowledge and judgment to solve problems, leveraging internal resources as needed to make informed decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in supplier quality management.
- A minimum of 3 years in Supplier Quality roles.

This position has a base pay range of $94,400 to $125,900, influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skills. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
