Electrician

We're looking for licensed Electricians with a strong work ethic to join a reputable team. If you are a dedicated Electrician with a valid MN Journeyman Electrician License and have the drive to lead projects from start to finish, we encourage you to apply. This is a direct-hire position for an Electrician where you'll be provided with the tools and support you need to succeed, all while working on diverse projects.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and to a high standard.
Manage project timelines and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
Keep detailed records of all time and materials used on projects, providing regular progress reports.
Maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
Travel and be available for on-call assignments as needed.

Skills:
Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
A strong initiative and a drive to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Minnesota, registered with the MN DLI.
Valid driver's license.
Demonstrated experience in project and time management.
Hands-on and/or academic electrical experience and knowledge.
