🌙 Shift:

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3×12 hours
Every Other Weekend
Occasional On-Call
Float: Postpartum/Mother-Baby (Couplet)
Patient Ratio: 1:2

🏥 Responsibilities:

Manage laboring patients (low & high risk)
Fetal monitoring (external & internal)
Assist vaginal & C-section deliveries
OB emergency management (hemorrhage, hypertension, etc.)
Postpartum & couplet care
Newborn assessment & stabilization
Administer OB medications (Pitocin, Magnesium, etc.)
Epic charting & interdisciplinary collaboration
