PrideStaff Fort Myers Metro is looking for an experienced Material Handler / Forklift Operator for one of our Clients in the Cape Coral area.

The Material Handler/Forklift Operator will be responsible for managing the flow of materials, focusing on receiving, inventory data entry, and logistics.

Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday Pay Rate: $ 17 hr. - $18/hr. DOE Location: Cape Coral, FL Experience: 1 + Years

Material Handler / Forklift Operator Responsibilities include:

• Unload inbound freight and load outbound trucks, ensuring materials match packing slips and purchase orders.
• Accurately updating inventory records using designated software
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to accurately track, stock, and pull products.
• Safely drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other motorized equipment to move goods throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean work environment, organize stacking areas, and assist with periodic inventory cycle counts

Material Handler / Forklift Operator Qualification and Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification or the ability to pass an in-house certification program.
• 1–3 years of previous warehousing, distribution, or heavy manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
