Principal Accountabilities

• Monitor and maintain all Ammonia Refrigeration systems
• Conduct shift audits of boilers, steam plants, and users
• Test and treat boiler feed water; monitor reverse osmosis and water softeners
• Detect malfunctions in boiler and condensate systems, making adjustments and repairs as needed
• Maintain logs of meter and gauge readings, including water test results and fuel consumption
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems
• Be flexible and available to work a 24/7/365 schedule
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Adhere to specific eye safety requirements when welding or troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Must have eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of a State Technical School apprenticeship and/or Associate's degree in Industrial Refrigeration, Boiler Tech, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is essential
• Ability to train and be certified in Hazmat Level A Entry
• Dependability and flexibility in work hours are required
• Attention to detail is a must
• Capable of both teamwork and independent work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production, maintenance, or refrigeration
• RETA or IIAR Certification
• Electrical experience is a plus
• Recent work history within the past 12 months
