1st Shift- Senior Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 1st shift- Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a 1st shift- Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $31-$40/hr based on experience

Shift: M-F 6:45am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Perform diagnostics, planning, and execution of complex installations, repairs, modifications, and maintenance on equipment, building facilities, vehicles, and related hardware.
• Utilize electrical/controls proficiencies and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Fabricate, repair, install, and maintain equipment using a broad range of hand tools, instruments, and machining techniques.
• Diagnose and repair gas-fired ovens, burners, and associated regulation and control devices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards through equipment validations, safety audits, and adherence to policies.

What's Needed?

• Experience with complex hydraulics and PLC troubleshooting using computer interfaces.
• Ability to work from maintenance work orders, schematics, manuals, and drawings in accordance with codes and standards.
• Proficiency in fabricating and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, fittings, pumps, motors, valves, and piping.
• Strong understanding of safety practices, rigging, and equipment handling procedures.
• Ability to perform all duties within the limitations of standard methods, adhering to HSE, quality, and productivity requirements.
