Lead Mechanical Installer

Spherion Staffing is hiring an Lead Mechanical Installer for a supply company in Wichita Falls, TX! Candidates must have lead/ supervisory/ managerial experience and a background in fabrication/ carpentry/ welding/ construction.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, pay is $30.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate/ assemble aluminum material and install mechanical door hardware, cabinetry hardware, and other architectural hardware.
- Accurately read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure precise installation and adherence to design intent.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical hardware installation, function, and alignment. Perform necessary adjustments and repairs.
- Directly supervise and provide technical direction to a team of installers and apprentices, and train team members on proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct final inspections to verify that all installations meet company quality standards and local building codes.
- Enforce all job site safety rules, conduct regular safety checks, and lead/participate in toolbox safety meetings. Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Track and manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Requisition necessary parts and report any shortages.
- Maintain accurate daily work logs, material usage records, time sheets, and installation sign-off documents.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative for installation issues, providing professional customer service and communicating project status and concerns to the Project Manager or client.
