2nd Shift Press Operator - $16/Hour - Will Train Entry Level!

Are you mechanically minded and ready to start a stable manufacturing career? We're hiring a 2nd Shift Press Operator who's eager to learn and grow with our team.
What You'll Earn

$16 per hour
2nd shift schedule
Hands-on training provided

The Job

As a Press Operator, you'll operate precision machinery to produce quality parts. You'll work from verbal and written instructions, perform quality checks using measurement tools, and keep production running smoothly.
What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

Press operator experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to read micrometers and calipers
Blueprint reading skills
Computer skills

Required Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude
Good math skills
Ability to lift and maneuver 25-30 lbs regularly
Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying throughout your shift

For Entry Level/New Grads: We'll train motivated candidates! However, you must have some prior factory or manufacturing experience and know you enjoy hands-on production work.
