Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of injection molding machinery and equipment within the facility that manufactures K-cups, coffee cups, and packaging for medical and food companies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair injection and blow molding machines.

• Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as hoists, cranes, HVAC systems, pipes, and air compressors.

• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical components like gears, pumps, cooling systems, and conveyors/sprockets.

• Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic components including robotics, fuses, relays, switches, power supplies, capacitors, cabinet wiring, single/3 phase motors, and PLC systems.

• Utilize blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Experience with industrial maintenance and machine troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of electrical systems and robotics.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Robotics training is beneficial.

• Formal schooling is a plus.

Work Environment

The facility operates on a day shift from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM and a night shift from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM with a $3 premium. Initial training occurs during day shifts for 2-4 weeks. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $850000.00/yr.
