Industrial Electrician - Multiple Shifts

Join Our Team as an Industrial Electrician!

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to work on either 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on the collective bargaining agreement. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a leading company in the aerospace and transportation industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, design, construct, test, calibrate, adjust, and modify all types of electrical and electronic equipment, including communication systems, PLCs, low and high voltage power distribution systems, and robotic equipment.
• Diagnose and correct problems while actively seeking to eliminate waste and failures. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure efficient installations and maintain the integrity of equipment documentation.
• Perform and document preventative maintenance checks, inspections, and repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Utilize PLCs and computer software applications for maintenance, troubleshooting, and modifications.
• Conduct incidental welding and rigging tasks as needed.
• Operate transportation and material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are readily available.
• Develop and improve safe work instructions and best practices.
• Use reliability tools and information systems to collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of issues.
• Employ computerized maintenance management systems to track work orders, log hours, document equipment conditions, and requisition parts.

Compensation:

Base Wage: $41.85 /hr. Plus, an additional cost-of-living adjustment of $4.46 /hr.:

• 2nd Shift Differential: $0.47 /hr.
• 3rd Shift Differential: $0.78 /hr.

Earn 1 week of vacation after only 6 months of employment!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a Journeyman's card or have 4 years of applicable maintenance experience, plus a qualifying score on an assessment administered during the interview.
