Pay: $34-$35 per hour

Shift: Day

Location: Bonney Lake, WA

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Carpenter/Concrete Foreman who can confidently take charge of the job site whenever the primary lead is away. This role calls for someone who understands construction workflows, can interpret plans accurately, and keeps projects running smoothly through strong communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and maintain productivity in the lead's absence.

• Review and interpret construction drawings to guide project progress.

• Complete layout work with precision to support structural accuracy.

• Communicate and collaborate with subcontractors to keep all tasks aligned.

• Maintain dependable, consistent management of jobsite operations.

Required Skills

• Strong background in concrete, carpentry, and general construction practices.

• Hands-on experience with concrete pours and finishing.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.

• Solid leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Attributes

• Highly reliable, with a steady and consistent work ethic.

• Capable of working independently and managing priorities with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
