Construction Laborer Job Highlights:

Full-time, 1st shift: 7:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (occasional weekend work required)
Pay depends on experience:
- 3-5 years' experience: $20-25/hour
- 5-9 years' experience: $25-30/hour
- 10+ years' experience: $30-40/hour
Variety of projects (additions, new builds, decks, remodels, etc.)
Evaluation-to-hire, meaning this company wants you LONG TERM!

Job Summary: The construction laborer is responsible for supporting the crew by performing physical labor at construction sites. This is a variety of duties including cleaning, assisting carpenters, measuring and cutting materials, minor plumbing and electrical work, and learning all aspects of construction.

Construction Laborer Job Duties:

Follow instructions from construction managers
Move, secure, install, build, load, and unload materials.
Use a wide variety of hand and power tools including saws, drills, nail guns
Jobs will include new construction home builds, basic plumbing, basic electrical, remodeling, flooring, and clean up
Maintain high safety standards and following all safety procedures

Construction Laborer Job Requirements

3 years of prior construction experience required
Basic to advanced construction knowledge
Experience with hand and power tools is required
Willing to learn, take direction, and change duties to meet company needs

Physical Requirements:

Able to regularly lift up to 50lbs
Bend, twist, squat, reach, push, and pull for the duration of the shift
Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Outdoor exposure - rain, snow, or sunshine!
