The Manager Procurement Reporting & Controlling ensures financial transparency, credibility, and performance steering of global procurement activities across all product groups and divisions.
Operating from a corporate governance role in a highly decentralized organization, the position enables fact?based decision?making by establishing standardized savings tracking, KPI frameworks, and reporting, while partnering closely with Group Procurement and Finance.
The role is critical to turn procurement activities into measurable bottom?line impact, strengthen accountability, and support cross?group collaboration through trusted data and common standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Savings, Performance & Transformation Controlling
- Reporting, Analytics & KPI Steering
- Cost Center, Budget & Commitment Controlling
- Financial Impact of Disruptions & Material Topics ( e.g., Tariffs)
- Governance, Standards & Continuous Improvement
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years' experience in Purchasing/Plant Controlling and Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain principles and procurement strategies.
- Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
